What happens once you receive my collection?

Your collection would normally take no more than one working day to reach us.

Once received, our trained warehouse team Ian, Dave, Shane, Dean, Charlene and Sarah will “check-in” your items within 3 – 4 working days. They will check that everything we originally valued is present and is in the condition we were expecting relevant to your valuation.

Assuming there are no problems, then your paperwork is immediately sent up to our Accounts Office where Cassie and her team will process your full payment within one working day and send out by First Class Post.

If any items were not in the condition expected of them a re-evaluation will have to take place on just, and only those items, to reflect the actual condition they are in and therefore their true market value (as referenced within our "Valuation Results" e-mail to you and "What condition is acceptable" page of this website) and you will be further contacted by telephone immediately we have the results which will normally take at least a further 48 hours.
