How to list your titles

Please read the 'Key notes to help with compiling your list' below then either:


Type out the list of titles in a Spreadsheet (i.e. Excel) or Document (i.e. Word).
then 'submit' your list online byattaching it to our online form.

OR

Alternatively you can type your listing directly onto our online form.

OR

Take a series of "group" photographs and attach them to our online form.
Items shown spine-on will be fine, as long as we can read each title.


Key notes to help with compiling your list

All DVD Formatted Titles (includes Blu-ray and HD):

We can accept all regions of DVD – if any are NOT Region 2 then you need to tell us which Region they are for example "Batman-Dark Knight - R1" would indicate to us that this was a Region 1 disc.

Simply list each title and/or box set as it is. For example "The Ultimate Bourne Collection Box Set" need only be listed as is and NOT by each title contained within.

A single title such as "Sex and The City - The Movie" should be listed as is and if it is a "Special Edition" version then please add that detail.

Where you have a series contained within a box set again simply list it as it is i.e. "The Simpsons - Season 7".

If the DVD is Blu-ray or HD please additionally mention this.

If the DVD states on its sleeve or disc similar words to "For Rental Viewing Only" or "Not to be Sold separately" or "Not For Re-Sale" or was Free with any magazine or newspaper as a "one off" or a "collection", then this MUST be mentioned.

Games: (All consoles and PC)

Under this heading please indicate the title of game followed by the relevant console for example "Fifa 08 - PS2" or "Mass Effect - Xbox 360" or "Championship Manager – PC" or "Sight Training – DS" or "Showtime Boxing – Wii" and so on.

You MUST notify us if any relevant instruction booklets/enclosed literature are missing or you are not sure.

CD Albums and CD Audio Books

Under this heading please list both the album title and band/artist and make a separate mention if it is a special or limited edition. For example "Joshua Tree - U2" or "Joshua Tree - U2 Extended Version".

If it is a compilation album of multiple artists containing just one or two discs such as "Now 68" then just the title will be fine.

If there are multiple discs contained within a box set then the full title and band/artist/compilation detail is required. For example "Bach - Complete Organ Works" or "Led Zeppelin Box Set Vol 2".

If you have an Audio Talking Book then please indicate how many CD’s are within the item if more than one. For example “Harry Potter – The Philosopher’s Stone – 7 CD set”.

You must additionally indicate if any of the cases are cracked or broken, as having to replace cases will have a bearing on the final valuation.

If our Valuers need any more than the basic details because a certain version of what you have listed might be much rarer and therefore more valuable if on a certain label we would contact you. Please read ' Is there a minimum number I can list?.
